When I wake up in the morning...
Last night we had another girls night at my house. Our theme was Mexican-- Mexican food and Mexican...other stuff. Aimee brought a copy of all of our favorite TV shows of all time and we watched probably about 15 episodes. A few thoughts....
- If you watched the college years at all, you would know that AC Slater is Mexican, not merely Hispanic.
- My salsa dip is damn good.
- Those guys age three years in about one season
- All teen movies that were ever created after 1995 sprang out of a Saved by the Bell episode...
- Elizabeth Berkeley was able to use her work in Saved by the Bell as auditions for the movie "Showgirls." We counted five auditions.
- "By the time I grab my books and I give myself a look I'm at the corner just in time TO SEE THE BUS FLY BY!"
- There are a set of twins, always dressed alike, that appear in almost every episode
- Where is Lark Voorhies now?
- Did you know Screech now owns a porn company? (ht: rumor mill)
- The producers of "Dancing with the Stars" were watching season one of Saved by the Bell when it came to them....Mario Lopez can dance! Plus, people will like him now because his mullet is gone...
- You guys remember this one? (Slater: Zach, I think Jessie's using drugs!!!! She's got these caffeine pills that she's taking.) Jessie: "I'M SO EXCITED! I'M SO EXCITED! I'M SO . . . SCARED!"
